Delivery condition

We offer standard shipping for all orders placed through our online store within Switzerland. Standard shipping is free.

We do not ship to international destinations at this time. We strive to process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of receiving payment.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery is considered complete once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
