Returns and Refunds:

We want to inform our customers that all purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase to ensure that it meets their needs and expectations. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or service, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance prior to completing your transaction. 

2. Right to Return and Exchange

Customers may return products within 10 days from the date of order for the following reasons: The product does not meet expectations. The customer does not like the product. The product does not fit properly. 

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided. 

4. Refunds and Compensation

No cash refunds will be issued. Customers may: Exchange the returned product for another item of equal value. 

5. Exclusions

Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from this policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns and Exchange Policy. 

6. Defective or Faulty Products

This policy does not affect statutory rights related to defective or faulty products. Customers who receive defective items must contact Rukkumani immediately to arrange for inspection and resolution under Swiss consumer protection laws. 

7. Process for Returns and Exchanges
